Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service / Inside Sales / Marketing Position (PAID)

Description

Road To Status, LLC is adding a new bilingual (Spanish-speaking) team member to help with the expansion and execution of our customer marketing and consumer support service efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is looking to make an immediate and measurable impact. Experience or studies in customer marketing, survey research, inside sales, or customer support via phone and email is a plus but is not required for consideration.

The position can be part time or full time, depending on the candidate’s availability. It is required that you can read, write, and speak Spanish. Any translation experience is also a plus, but not required.

Range of Responsibilities / Projects

  • Providing an excellent customer experience to clients using phone and email marketing tools in both English and Spanish
  • Responding to new and existing customer inquiries about our services and products, providing additional information and resources upon request.
  • Creating customer centric email campaigns to help promote new offerings to our existing base of customers
  • Manage our online customer survey and satisfaction platform. Interview customers to gain product insights about their experience.
  • Work closely with executive management and product development to implement process improvements where applicable
  • Further develop and organize the customer communication workflow to meet customer needs and create the best possible experience for the user.
  • Ability to follow up and through with all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Recent grads, Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor or Masters program
  • Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Ability to work 20-40 hours per week. This position is flexible around school schedule as needed.
  • 1 year of experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity is preferred

Education / Training

You will receive hands-on experience in multiple phases of online marketing, including:

  • Interpreting user intent from analytics and navigation
  • Honing your customer service/ communication skills
  • Writing in web or print publications for our projects/initiatives
  • Experience working with a team of successful software entrepreneurs
  • Potential for growth as our sales and customer service efforts evolve
